Angela Rayner: When will waiting lists fall?

Oliver Dowden is questioned by Angela Rayner on NHS waiting lists, where she says the PM has left people waiting more than a year.

She said “They’ve failed the British people, so when will waiting lists fall?”

Mr Dowden responds by saying that Rayner is opposing the government’s minimum service levels.
